Florida Homeowner Insurance is not at all like any insurance you'll typically purchase, especially homeowners insurance. The big INSURANCE companies have no presence in this market . They proactively search for better rates when it’s time to renew. When they saw on FB that I was complaining that my A/C quit working, he reached out to let me know what my coverage was on replacing my A/C. They insisted I not switch my auto and boat coverage to them because I was better off staying with my current insurance provider.
